Adhesive capsulitis or Frozen Shoulder is one of the most common shoulder problems especially in the middle age group nd diabetics. Once the shoulder becomes stiff it takes long time to recover but with proper guided treatment & physiotherapy recovery occurs most of the time but in some scenarios it takes too long to recover ir may stop recovering in these cases it is better to surgically resect d tight capsule surrounding the shoulder to get d movement back.
