Occupational Injury

A 49 year old gentleman had an occupational injury while lifting a heavy object leading to the dislocation of his shoulder. Due to this injury he sustained a Glenoid rim fracture along with a Bankarts tear & a rotator cuff tear following which he was incapacitated to carry routine activities like lifting the arm, taking the hand behind the head.

He was operated for Arthroscopic repair of the all the  injuries including the glenoid fracture which was fixed with special anchors.

He had uneventful full recovery in 5 months & returned to his heavy lifting work profile

Can you guess the operated side??

PS- The operated side is the Left Shoulder
